Tuna pesto :)

Soooo...n weeks ago, two of my classmates just relocated to their new apartment and we were supposed to have a house warming (yes house warming!) this week and I told them that I would cook for them, unfortunately when I told them that I'd cook pesto, it seemed that they didn't like the thought of it because they had a bad experience with pesto at TOSH (it has a strong smell and tasted like seafood, though it was okay for me), so today I decided to cook it for our dinner. I think cooking is kind of therapeutic, I was relaxed after all the acad shiz I was doing/thinking/writing, or maybe because there's just food at the end of it. HEHE!

Here's the recipe for my creamy tuna pesto (I added creamy to the title because I used cream of mushroom..just to experiment hehe).

Ingredients:
*Mccormick Pesto sauce mix
*Sliced mushrooms
*Tuna flakes
*Cream of mushroom

ingredients :)
Oh I chose this recipe because it's the easiest to cook btw :) You just have to put everything together. What I did was saute the mushrooms and tuna flakes, simmer then I added the Pesto mix, and lastly the cream of mushroom. There's really no need to put the cream of mushroom but I just want to try it but since I only have one can of cream of mushroom, it didn't have that much effect on the taste haha! I believe it was creamier in a way though :))

And voila! Creamy tuna pesto! yey! Good thing I bought some Focacia bread, it was a perfect match for the pasta :) HAHA! the product was salty hahaha! 'cause I put 5 packs of pesto mix instead of the usual 4, but I told Mami it's okay so that we won't be eating much in one sitting :)

p.s.
I also wanted to cook just so I could have some photo-ops hehe! I'm really itching for a real-life-nature/people photo ops! Maybe after this sem. I shall! hihi :)

Noob @_@

So I'm new to this, not to blogging, but using blogger. Since multiply decided to be part of the online shopping industry and will soon close (December 2012), I was forced (forced?) to find a new website where  I can save all my highschool memories and fangirl shiz from multiply. SO hooray for the import-blog link provided by multiply! Though photos and other media cannot be published here, I guess I'll use G+ more often for the photos. So there..I welcome myself into the world of blogger! Welcome Istep, have fun and please be back soon :)
